- Do you cover the whole Triangle?
- Yes. This page leads with Raleigh acts and then shows Durham, Chapel Hill and Carrboro, because they all play each other's rooms. The city on each card is the act's own.
- Can I see who is free on my date?
- Where an act keeps their calendar open to the public, the card shows how many dates they have open in the next thirty days. Most acts have not opened a calendar yet, so no badge means no signal, not a no.
- Do I need an account to book someone?
- No. Open an act's page, send the date and what you can pay, and they answer by email. Accounts are for the acts, not for the people hiring them.
- What does PlugVerse charge me?
- Nothing. There is no booking fee and no commission on a booking, and nothing to sign up for on your side. Payment is arranged directly between you and the act unless you both choose to run it through the platform.
- Why do some acts say Unclaimed?
- Because we mapped them from real listings before they signed up. Their show history is real and their page is real; they just have not taken it over yet. A request still reaches them, and it is usually what prompts them to claim it.
